The short version

This website uses Google Analytics to record basic information about your usage anonymously, such as the type of operating system and browser used, the date, time and duration of the visit and the number of pages viewed. This information provides Marigold Meagher - Eve Editorial with a better understanding of how users interact with this website. All activity falls within the bounds of Google Analytics Terms of Service.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, or submit a comment on a post, your name and email address is collected. If you make a purchase your address is also collected. Your credit card or PayPal information is not stored on our servers. Your information shall never be sold or distributed to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

You may receive emails from Eve Editorial after this information is collected. You are able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

Eve Editorial is serious about protecting your privacy. In handling your personal information, we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act (as amended). This policy sets out how Eve Editorial collects, stores, uses, discloses and otherwise handles your personal information. This policy may be updated from time to time.

will be treated seriously;
will be dealt with promptly;
will be dealt with in a confidential manner; and
will not affect your existing obligations or affect the commercial arrangements between you and Eve Editorial.
