FAQ's

Will my photos look the same as everyone else’s?: Simple answer - absolutely not!

Before your shoot we will have conversations about you and your brand so I make sure that we will be creating something that is specific for you.

Locations are chosen to showcase your brand specifically, unless you are doing one of the mini branding days. In which case the images on the day will still be personalised, just for you.

This is not a cookie cutter experience, it is all curated especially for you and your brand every time!
What happens if it rains?: I've been in this game a long time now (ahem yes 10+ years) so I'm really good at shooting in all kinds of weather. I did live in Melbourne for 15 years after all.

But more importantly, unless your brand is suited to the outdoors, it is unlikely we will be shooting outdoors anyway. If we are, cloud cover is just a big beautiful "soft box" in the sky. It actually creates some of the best even lighting you can get.

If your shoot is actually outdoors and looks like it is going to storm, of course I will reschedule, but if it is cloudy (best lighting) or light showers, we will still go ahead.
What is the cancellation policy?: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you for the best possible outcome.

If the Client cancels prior to 4 weeks of the shoot date, the Client will receive a full refund of money less any cost incurred (if you have already had your visual brand strategy session - Marigold Meagher Photography will deduct this from the booking fee)

If the Client cancels within 2-4 weeks of the shoot date, the Client will receive a refund less deposit (25% of total fee) and costs incurred. Cancellations within 14 days of the photoshoot will lose all monies paid.
Can I share with my partner or friend?: Of course, I recommend it! This is a great experience if you have a partner, team member or friend in business you would like to do this with!

Headshots refresh, Mini branding shoots and Boss Biz Bundle, you can add on additional team members when booking.

The Content Creator, Full & Half day shoots and the Entreprenuer Dream Pack you can book with additional persons already included up to teams of 4.

How long after the shoot can I expect my images?: Full image collections are available for initial selection within a week of your shoot and final edits for download using private online gallery within 3 weeks of the shoot date.

Images will be provided in the perfect size for both website resolution and social media upload so you have full versatility from your collection.
